Karachi is a dumpster mainly due to its own doing.
Other provinces are usually victims of their own misdeeds yet are quick to blame others of their problems.
People should learn to take personal responsibility... a concept most Pakistanis find hard to comprehend.

Baluchistan is the largest province with very less population and most under developed ........special attention should be given there bro . Parents always look after their week child more then they do for the strong ones ...though they love all equally .

There are reserves in Baluchistan that are untapped under the ground , which people dont want to mine because they are worried center would take them ...........
they only need special attention from the center to make the condition feasible for baluchistan government to persue them .............. only this port has improved the situation 10 times ..........but also raised the enemies too ......
they can atleast start some water project to use sea water as they do in saudia arabaia for baluchistan and sindh .......this would atlest solve our water issues ........
do you even know what kind of issues there are and if the provincial government isnt doing anything where should people look ...............
after 18th amendment they can do any projects but at least improve some situation . bring all provinces on equal footing .......now look at FATA , FATA comes under center and they should pay for all the institutions such as police hospitals and schools , so it can be merged with KPK ........
center should act as for all and to keep check on provinces.......
