"We've been called for a fire (Those that attacked the firefighters did it by purpose so the firefighters will come in their neighborhood),in a neighborhood called "L'empereur" in Ajaccio.
When we arrived there,we've seen many persons near the fire,probably ~50s or ~60s,and then they attacked us with rocks,concrete blocks,iron bars,and others projectiles.
Then we decided not to go out of our truck and we decided to retreat,but a lot of youths blocked us,it was a real ambush/trap etc.
They had iron bars,baseball bats,they were masked,they really tried to hurt us.
They tried to broke into our truck,we did everything so they couldn't enter,but they broke the windows......
One of us could have died if not injured...
It's sad that it happened".

The important diaspora as far as this concerned...resided in the US and West. The gulf countries provided foreign exchange to help counter the trade deficit....and thats about it. Their past and present impact on the Indian economy today is quite marginal.

Stellar is pushing it. Show me any year where Pakistan had a higher HDI than India?

A sad event in Corsica. I hope common sense prevails on all sides. Holy Quran is the word of Allah or God the creator of the entire Universe. Allah will punish them in his own way and in his own time whether in this world or the next unless they ask his forgiveness. As for the firefighters are concerned they are good people all over the world doing a good job. People should cooperate with them not hurt them.

I second that. They have become highly intolerant towards Muslims, they don't view them as minorities rather outsiders. It would be right to expect that this extremism will increase manifolds and will be condoned by the successive French Governments. Other than France attacks on Muslims and their property have doubled in the entire western world and their is lack of response from the governments to curb this anti-Islamic extremism.
