EU can not buy from CN official channel cos its only have enough materials, making real antivirus mask for 1,4 bil Cnese, dont have enough for export.

Thats why VN can buy million tons of rare earth from CN now, but we only can buy a little the materials making anti virus layer from CN.

Vietnam is a cheaper assembler for Chinese goods, made using Chinese components. You seriously believe Vietnam has technology? The only tech you have is making fish sauce. Lol

A mask is a mask, how defective can it get unless you are talking about N95. That's the reason Chinese government ask them to buy from certified exporters.

I'm not in a position to completely BAN CHINESE IMPORTS... but we need to build things our self and currently we are not a MANUFACTURING HUB...

so, shall we use the SAME FAULTY KITS which China has provided to ITALY...

OR shall we believe WHO, who believes in China, that no proof of HUMAN TO HUMAN TRANSMISSION of Wuhan Virus...

Rare earth is also used in low tech products, not mentioning VN import raw rare earth to make oxide rare earth for export.
