So freedom of speech is determined by how many journalists are killed in a country

according to the logic of US supporters in China:

they would have died due to the political policies of the US. The road was not deiced because US government took the money and spent it on 1 million dollar vacations and 5000 dollar gold plated toilets at the Pentagon.
