Let me tell you some tips for partial kind of knee knocking treatment.
I am doctor by profession and you can trust on me.
well as far as grading of knee knocking is concerned, you must know what is grade of your knee knocking. V shaped or total everted knee knock, i fear, have only surgical treatment. But for those who have partial knee knocking, I am writing some tips as treatment within two month exercise.
First Exercise:
Start with lying down on a flat surface. Take some help of anyone who fixed your feet at one position. Try to move your leg to outside and ask your helper to fix your lower leg and feet to some point or push the lower leg towards median plane. make some sets to abduct your leg while your helper adduct or fix your leg.
Second Exercise:
sit down on flat surface in "AALTI PAALTI" position ( like some yoga style) with your foot touch the other foot. Try to touch the surface with your knees in rhythmic manner
I don't find any record of horse riding as treatment of knee knocking.
