India has opposed to be friendly with Pakistan upon the factor that Kashmir dispute should not prevail side by side with peace talks. Actually Kashmir issue as it is tackled heads towards possible total confrontation. India has been under Muslim KIngs and Sultans for upto 800 years when it fell to English. Delhi has been the centre of the government of strong Muslims in the past. Alauddin Khilji was the only ruler in the region of south and central Asia to drive the Mongols back. British in their last ruling era had proclaimed to adopt the tradition that enthronement of British rulers will take place in Delhi as it had been the centre of great Sultans.
How we Muslims lost India and how to win not only Sri Nagar but Delhi is the real question. Hindus were calm, quiet, peaceful and secure for centuries under the Muslims rulers then why the differences appeared? It was the short sighted policies of Aurangzeb Alamgir who imposed Jaziah on a population bigger than that of Muslims. Moreover, he demolished many Mandirs that aroused anti-Muslim feelings among masses. English made the full use of that differences and at last when they were fleeing, there remained no other way but to separate into two nations. India seized Deccan and Kashmir. Pakistanis were about to retake Kashmir fully but their obedience to U.N made snatch Kashmir right from their hands. Now though the struggle remains but Kashmiris are not as trusted people. Kashmiris are mainly separatists just like Sikhs of Punjab. These Separatists are now as dangerous to Pakistan as to India as their area falls on both sides.
Now, there are two ways to make some conclusion. First is that to make an allover attack on Delhi. For that we do not possess a strong based government at home to stand that, which would not leave the front right in midst of success like in 1948, 1965 and 1999. So, if we are not liable to do that then the other way remains and that is to make some settlement on the situation. It is not wise to repeat again and again that we shall do that and this and India is the only traditional enemy that we should fight against. We are strong and we can fight with anyone.
