Possible first photo of Type 093G/095 (Type 093 mod)?

This came up in a blog; I'm surprised that nobody has taken notice of it.

Here's the photo of what is being labelled as the fifth Type 093 (an upgraded Type 093G) or possibly a Type 095:

Note that the submarine does not have any planes on its sail; it does not match up with any other submarine in the Chinese arsenal. The hull also is different from the original Type 093.

Different articles, such as Deagel.com and various military bloggers, have mentioned that the Type 095 is very close to being launched. Deagel.com puts the IOC by 2012 and other bloggers say that they are currently being construct
