What restraint are you talking about? You apparently do see 3000 deaths in the US, but cannot see the number of deaths in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan. The Americans did show constraint when it didn't go after 1.5 billion people, or you think. So deaths in these countries should not be considered but as some statistic put under 'collateral damage'?
