Liberals don't have terrorists groups, while religious fanatics have proven again and again to be a serious threat to the state of Pakistan. And they are a deadlier foreign agents than Liberals.

Untrue.
PTM IS and BLA are childern of liberals and after defeat of TTP single biggest challenge to Pakistan trying to bring chaos from digital space under ruse of peaceful intellectuals to outright militancy that they support and provide moral justifications for

.
"All of the above"..... Should have been one of the choices.

. .
I voted, not with full conviction though, my 3 choices: India, Overpopulation, and Terrorist Proxies.
Religious extremism is waning in Pakistan since Zia's death.
Non-Indian foreign powers can't do much to Pakistan without Indian help.
Liberal? A joke? They are a very small part of the society and are needed in any healthy society anyway.
Economy: Linked with the war-threat/preparing to counter India and also to over-population.
Internal disharmony? No, Pakistan is far more internally united than it was even in its history.

IMO the biggest threat: water

Your list doesn’t haven’t it.
And more generally climate change WILL make a large part of this region unliveable within our lifetimes. We’ll lack the water resources for our population that we currently enjoy even in a limited amount.

Yes, and that is linked with over-population and to diverting resources to counter India. A small part of Pakistan's defense budget could be used to line up water canals, build micro damns, and indeed on educating people about water conversation.

As to 'corruption', nah, Pakistan's problem is not corruption. Corruption is a global problem, especially affecting many countries. And also, neither are Pakistan's politicians most in-apt in the world: If you want to see corruption and inapt politicians then go to Africa and Latin America where, despite no major wars, they are in real bad situation.

Most of Pakistan's problems boil down to the rivalry against India!

.
Weak economic forecasts and Islamic radicalizion of society.

Internal = Corruption - root cause of numerous problems and EVIL.

External = India - manageable threat.

Pakistan should address the menace of corruption and penalize its most dangerous criminals who are usually among the Elites.

Pakistani politics is all about the Elites and their money-making schemes. Pakistani judiciary is compromised on top - lack of accountability.

The above is why Pakistan has a dysfunctional economy by extension.

Above all else; are WE prepared for emerging environmental challenges such as Global Warming and Water Crisis? How will Pakistan cope with these issues with a dysfunctional economy and corruption?

Are WE prepared for biological threats such as repeat viral outbreaks? How will Pakistan cope with this issue with a dysfunctional economy and corruption? And in the face of the fact that Health and Education sectors do not receive much funds?

My 2 cents.

incompetence and indifference of the people at the helms of affairs to our problems is the main problem. threats were there and will be there all the time but how we respond to these is most important. If our struggle is in the right direction, one day we will reach the target destination. Where we will end if our leader sets the wrong target or lead the nation in the wrong direction.most of our problems are created not by anyone else but ourselves. So we need to enhance our awareness, skills set knowledge. there is dire need to acknowledge our mistakes and make a firm resolve not to commit these again. Instead of blaming others for wrongdoing, We have to take responsibility for our bleak conditions. Without taking responsibility we can not reform our line of action for our future. Indifference and incompetence sure lead to the dismal abyss.

.
Lack of Education (not an option).

I voted for Elite/Mafia. If this group continues to break the law it continues to set the precedent for corruption and a breakdown in law/order in mainstream society.

Overpopulation, religious extremism and economy. The most important of them all i believe is economy. Money might be the root of all evils but without it you become the ALL Evil. Simple example, suicide bombers and terrorism. The handlers might be sitting outside in their comfy castles but the executors are poor but desperate young men who just want to leave something for their families. Religious extremism plays its part but i believe its a bit overrated and often times exaggerated.

Religious extremism is a close second. Infact i'd rather term it religious hypocrisy. We hide behind relgion to mask our moral bankruptcy and corrupt practices.

Overpopulation is a direct result of the two.

The day we overcome these things, nobody would even remember we had internal disharmony or external threat as india.

Every evil stems from an empty stomach.

Would have included libtards but they're too few to make a difference for now.

The biggest existential threat in not even included among the choices.....
1. Illiteracy/ Lack of Modern Education (specifically at Primary Level)
2. Concept of Security State instead of Welfare State (too much interference of Army in every aspect of life)
3. Religious Fundamentalism (rather than extremism)...Religion more important than state itself
4. Poor representation of common people in elite circle (System is more of Oligarchy than democracy)
5. Superiority complex/ No learning from mistake attitude/ callous behaviour

.
None. We have been told this bakwas for years to make us live in fear. The time is right for us to become the existential threat to our enemies.
Who are those enemies?
Ps Even in 1971, India didn't try to extinguish Pak..
