PTI needs to go through the decades upon decades of examples of PPP failed governance, with quotes from respected people from areas the PPP is dominant in (or former members of the PPP from these areas) and find a way to get the message across to them (probably via phones) that things will not change if the PPP is re-elected. It would also help if these influential people were quoted saying nice things about IK and PTI.
