Polacks are not that crazy to attack Russia. They know we can turn Poland into Land of the Moon Craters in several hours - and they know we will do it. They, probably, dream to conquer small states like Slovakia, Lithuania, Czechia, Belorussia after USA leave Europe.

You aware that F-35A will kill PAK-FA due to it's superior stealth and electronics? PAK-FA radar will be jammed if needed but most of the time, PAK-FA will only know a F-35A is around when it's radar warning register sounds incoming AMRAAM.
Russia is pretty crap at military tech apart from tanks, submarines and nuclear submarines.
It is not that easy to destroy hard-earned airbases with missiles as you think it is.

So basically you know what Russia doesn't know about F35.... good luck...

Well, just recently highest ranks Polish officials say Poland have the right for trillions dollars contributions from Germany and Russia. They were not some lunatics from mental hospital - it was a leader of the ruling Polish party PiS and deputy of foreign affairs minister. Contributions! They 100% know they will not recieve even 1 ruble. Who knows what people with such thoughts can do?
They probably do not want to attack Russia, but easily can attack small countries if they have chance.

I think they very much care what Germany/France think as they will be booted out of EU and sanctions placed on them. The idea that any EU country can go and conquer another country in Europe is unthinkable.
They would not want to destroy their booming economy to conquer a hostile smaller country. Little gain for too much pain.

Well, several small countries with 20+ million people combined and Poland become big European power itself. As for sanctions - they will not do it, because they can not loose half of Eastern European markets. Future of EU itself is under big question now. Who knows how many countries will be in EU in 10 years?
War in Europe was unthinkable in 1913. It did not stop anyone.

Any country will attack and annex another country if the opportunity arises. Humans are hungry for land. There is war in the world every day for the past 200,000+ years.

UK and France/Germany may disagree on European unity but one thing they are 100% on agreement on is that the days of conquering territory by force were over after WW2.
Allowing Poland to conquer another smaller country whether in EU or outside EU would set a dangerous precedent that could set the continent on fire - better to boot Poland out of EU, sanction Poland and destroy it's economy so that anyone else thinking of land by conquest gets the message rather than think about profits from Polands large and growing economy.

Anyway we will probably not see eye to eye on this and so can leave this as it is - I know you know more about Eastern Europe and Polish thinking than someone like me ever could and so I do respect your thoughts on this.

Good deal for poland they are really supported by US for now and probably in the long term but they shouldn’t fully trust americans because no one knows when US will decide to use their allies as a cannon fodder against russia

That is why Poland has made a deal with S Korea to transfer K-1 tank technology to build 900 of them in Poland.

Our past has great influence on our future. Poland is the only Slavic state besides Russia which had powerful Empire. They consider themselves more deserving glory, power and might than Russians. They just can not change this thoughts. Someday they will try to create another Rech Pospolita from sea to sea.
