This appears to be a joke. Has any of the top brass ever been convicted/ penalized for their gross misconducts, negligience, cowardness - NEVER e.g.
Coward military brass who let go Kashmir in 1948
Coward generals & their spoons who led Pak Army (Tanks) in a trap in 1965
Coward Armed Forces who surrendered in 1971 (So called martial race - All the fake bubbles bursted then and till now)

It seems that the Gents have got off lightly.

The implications are :

They become junior to their batch mates
Depending on the rules in PN and if the loss of seniority is for Pay & allowances & Pension too then they lose financially as well.

Brother don't want to argue just want to say that 'Pak muslims had reached uptil Srinagar Airport and even near Leh and also had taken Kargil' but due to lack of planning, initiative and cowardness the gained area was lost. See how Indians were able to bring Tanks at such high altitude to repel fighters who were not equipped nor ready to face such well coordinated & daring attacks. We as a nation are always boasting (Alas) and in practice do nothing to prove that we are not just bragging. Just want to say that we should open our eyes and look around for truth.

Insider were not retired officer, they are serving and this was bigger conspiracy than Abbotabad OBL case. Immature are the people who don't aware the facts behind the incident. The rocket launchers and heavy weapons had already delivered before attack, if some one look Mehran base at google earth, it's not possible to climb the wall and walk a long distance airforce base and mehran base with such ammunition. Secondly the security persons did'nt tried to stop or resist the terrorist even have weapons. They had also tried to stop Lt. Yaser ( Sir, agagy na jaein firing ho rahe hai) . thirdly Base commander has appointed Lt. Yaser ,Leader of Rapid response force , who has not received any combat training.On that day he had off from duty but called at 8 pm and replace by the officer who was actual on duty that day.
Their are more other evidence shows the inside conspiracy, but i feel some rigid would never admit reality.
