That's strange, I expected PPP to top the list.
I wonder, what is the basis of corruption stats., because all major projects are privately financed and are on Build and Operate basis.

Zardari is a rassa geer type corrupt, Nawaz institutionalizes corruption and siphons off billions - like how he stole foreign currency of public after nuclear blasts. Remember? This is just one example. Can list at least 20 SRO's that destroyed Pak Steel Mill, Gadani Ship breaking industry.

There are none! Economist actually questioned even if IK would be able to win elections in 2018 or not?
