Hardly surprising.. The previous candidate was a N winner so it was obvious that the next candidate was a N winner as well. There is a set of fixed supporters in many constituencies for example in skp mian khalid has about 11000 votes. Despite him running azad in 2013 he got 11000 votes .. The set vite bank rarely ever breaks especially in non or even semi urban areas.

The 2018 election will be the only reflection of things and its not far off. I predict N in federal with pti in kpk forming the provincial assembly with more seats than before and sindh apparently being formed as a coalition with PPP and MQM along with other parties. N in Punjab.
