It seems PML is following the same agenda PPP was.......rise the cost of electricity to an extent, that it becomes rather a luxury than a necessity for the general public. People who are suggesting to double the price with 24 hours availability.....bhai mera waisa he available ho jai gi since is rate per aik aam admi to electricity waisa he afford nahi ker paii ga.

Sell electricity at the same price as its produced not sell it at half the cost hence building debts

These goons , PML don't realize that raising more taxes will break the back of local people meanwhile Altaf won't know what is happening to poor when he orders the shut down of city, or PPP who is more interested in collecting their share of provincial funds

If they work, we should see gradual decline in load shedding.

I'll let you know my opinion in 5 years. But I can tell you right now, these people have been given many chances before, I don't hold much hope for this fling either.

Why not build cheaper at the 1st place then? If electricity is to be produced at such a high cost, what will be the purpose when people will not be able to afford it. Current trend suggests the latter

Stop being negative, next time when you earn in Pakistan and not some place else and the major chunk of your income goes into bills or should i say fake bills with fuel adjustments, line loses, and extra units and on top of that every month with increase tariff than only will you understand who's being negative.

I already spend 10 years of employment in Pakistan. I know how it feels when you get bills with minimum amount each month and then combined bill (since higher the units higher will be the rate), while I was trying to save alot of electricity, just to make sure I don't end up same. I also wanted to slatter these corrupt politicians and those backdoor employees who were coming on my top with no knowledge at all. I hated once i were paying almost 50% of my spending on Taxes (Indirect+Direct) Alone. But I also hated to stay hours n hours in the CNG lines. I also hated once even paying those "Fake" bills loadshadding was hurting badly.

I do agree New Government should caught those corrupt leaders who messed Pakistan for last five years, but This is also true that we need to get out this mess for brighter future. And this time government sincerity is appearing.
