First of all US is not going anywhere. They may reduce the troop strength, but they will have a presence in Afghanisthan as she is the gateway to the riches of Central Asia.
Pakistan's dream of controlling Afghanisthan via proxies (read Taliban) is not going to happen anytime soon as very few Taliban is now under the control of PA. KSA and UAE-the previous backers of Taliban- will not so forthcoming with their petrodollars as before because of the bad publicity. So any campaign in AF by Pakistan proxies have to be funded by Pakistan itself.

I was just answering for your statement that you don't want to control AF, but control is exactly the thing you are looking for. You want to treat Afghanistan as an extension of Pakistan.

Well Afhganistan is a superpower and BD has no authority to speak. Dude, people from my country gone there to fight against Soviets besides going to Africa. Our NGOs are the one providing education and healthcare in every one of your district. Besides our citizen laid their life in Afhganistan to help you out. Besides all these as a member of international community, sure we have a right to talk when terrorist are getting trained in your country and we also became a victim to it.
