PM Imran ready to show letter on 'foreign conspiracy' to CJP: Asad Umar

But it does come under the jurisdiction of NSC, since if this letter actually exists and what Prime Minister is describing is true, this is a matter of utmost importance to National Security and should be discussed in the relevant forum, i.e NSC.
NSC is a very broad body which might also include the corroborators of the same plot. IK even knows that his own cabinet members can't be trusted with this info. Nawaz Sharif's connections with anti Pakistan agencies has been openly reported by PMLN themselves. And the never ending lust/obsession of US green card for their families by the civil/military top brass establishment is making matters even worse. Every 2nd General is caught having assets beyond means or family businesses in the west which nobody wanna talk about.

.
It is also NOT the army's job to prove the letter's authenticity or lack thereof.

Before we rush to condemn the army, please understand that while political parties are public entities, the armed forces, like the judiciary, are an institution which cannot be involved in taking sides overtly or publicly.

If the government of the day or its leadership is being threatened then it is the job of the FIA/ISI/IB to investigate and let the courts know. It is not the job of the army to overtly get involved in what is clearly a political play/controversy/conspiracy.

There are laws, rules and regulations in place to address these types of situation, dragging the army into each and every situation is neither prudent nor advisable.
Sir again with due respect (Kali double cabin say dar Lagta hai) but why this thing was not realized in past 75 years? I'm not sure what they are actually gaining by staying Neutral in such situation. I personally believe that this is a success of enemy's 5th gen warfare, you guys have played exactly what they wanted you to do. Nothing could break trust of this nation Mil Establismant despite fall of Dhaka and few other dark historic events but I think this situation will do alot of harm on reputation.
In wars of personal egos, whole nation suffers.

I have a question, if I may ask. Slightly off-topic but related to Imran Khan and politics, did not wanted to open a thread for this question. I do not see many Pakistani who oppose Imran on this platform or social media. Is this true representation? I am talking real people not media or politicians.
It's true buddy. I hate Imran Khan on certain governance issues, especially his choice of the team. But when it comes to earn self respect for the nation and echoing the heart's voice of the majority of the nation then IK is undisputed leader of Pakistan. But not only Pakistan, he is a beloved leader for every patriotic Muslim country's citizen. Just listen to his recent OIC speech which he delivered a few days ago, it resonates with every single simpleton citizen of the Muslim world.

In recent past we have seen PM/President like Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari who were subjugated to their big boss rather than stand with the public sentiment. Drone strikes, repeated cases of Pakistanis getting humiliated/killed by foreigners like Raymond Davis case for example. Drone strikes, violent terrorist attacks backed/funded by foreigners.

If India ever catches a pigeon from Pakistan it was presented in breaking news as ISI agent pigeon came from Pakistan and whole media would spend hours covering exclusive news of an ISI pigeon trained in SSG facilities.

But when we caught an Indian RAW operative and serving Indian Navy officer while trying to get into Pakistan's highly unstable region of Balochistan from Iran's border under fake ID alias, the then PM Nawaz Sharif never ever tried to pronounce his name once. His Govt was reluctant to even confession of detention of such a person.

Our people were dying in intense cross border fire from India under the rule of extremist Modi while Nawaz invited Modi for a personal family function in Lahore on wedding. That's the only time PM modi visited Pakistan that too a private visit to Nawaz's and straight back to India then.

Pakistan's in specific and all of the Muslim country's leadership in general had a very appologatic behaviour in global diplomacy. We bowed before the west too much unnecessary. But IK refused to do so and forced UN to recognize the issue of islamophobia and dedicate a global day of 15 March against the islamophobia. He is the only leader from 3rd world countries who repeatedly highlights the UN report which mentions that every year around $1.6 trillion is transferred from the poor countries into the tax heavens of the rich countries through illicit means. But FATF only targets the poor or less influential countries and never asked the powerful western countries to come clean in their money laundering businesses and sheltering corrupt elites, murderers, terrorists of the 3rd world countries. No one else has the balls to say openly what he says on global forums.

If that letter is true which it must be. Pakistan needs to unite and stand up for itself. We should not be dictated and our politicians and office holders should not be coerced, threatened, bribed or incentivised to ditch national interest in favour of American interest. If establishment and the state has its head together. They should unite, make more trips to China & Russia, sign deals while at the same time not showing any aggression towards the west. You don't need to be anti any one. You need to be a nationalist and work for your own nation. America is an unreliable military and political partner. And Pakistan has been fighting a war of its ideological death with American influence. ISI and our agencies should closely monitor US NGOs, their embassy in ISB which is said to be one of the biggest US embassies overseas. Its like a fortress in the heart of our capital. US embassies, US Aid. NGOs, News corporations & appointed Journalists always working behind the scene for promoting US interest & agendas. Pakistan has to get itself rid of US influence and work on self reliance with partnering countries. We should still work with west to the point it suits us, remain courteous and that's it.

And a big Fu*k you to PMLN and PPP leadership! Nawaz is on the record having meetings with US establishment. Balawal is constantly going on "private" trips to the US! These guys are sell outs!

With Imran we got fearless policy against India, we shot their jet, we exposed their hypocrisy to the world. As soon as IK came in power he lend a hand of friendship to India. Tea seller refused. We opened Kartarpur as a favour, in return they had a continuous hate spewing rhetoric on their media against our PM for past 3.5 years. They love traitors like Nawaz!

We had 15th March as anti islamophobia day resolution passed by UN due to efforts of our PM. Imran Khan is the only leader to voice and protest against cartoons and disrespectful literature against our Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H.)! The same guy who this lot used to call Yahudi lobby!

Imran is the only leader who exposed west's hypocritic and dual policy when it came towards Pakistan and other developing countries.

With nawaz we had a deaf dumb and dud sell out guy! A corrupt business man who was constantly pushing the country into extreme poverty and debt. The circular debt was so high, the governance was so bad that Pakistan had 12+ hours of electricity load shedding in even the biggest metropolis cities like Lahore! I remember 1 hour of outage after every hour! Just imagine the impact on our businesses! And that traitor of a person went and did the world's most expensive and highly uncompetitive contracts with hand picked Independent Power Production companies! He is the person who did not appoint any foreign minister during toughest times of Pakistani history when our armed forces were being maligned with a constant foreign media campaign. Our state never replied and responded to anything! He lowered us as a nation!

And PPP... is not worth even the discussion, just look at condition of Sindh. These bast*ards are the only people opposing universal health card in their province, everyone else has got one! They want people to remain piss poor and down trotted so that they continue to do their feudal politics!

Opposition has no narrative, they are simply in beds with their western handlers and masters! The same countries where their wealth is hidden. The same wealth which doesn't get exposed and is never returned. Ironically, Pakistan is in FATF for poor financial control. However west operates an organised, fully known network of tax heavens and offshore companies with unknown beneficiaries to funnel looted wealth of corruption into their own countries! How convenient!

Pakistani nation should realise we have everything, from rare minerals to oil, gas and what not! We need to work on self reliance. And continue our journey of independence and self respect! China & Russia can help us. Middle east can somewhat help us. Lesson for Pakistan is, its an opportunity to clean your own house of traitors instead of complaining to others, remain diplomatic, yet send a message of no F*cks given to the west! Be courteous, but be up right! Apparently colonial masters left us 74 years ago! Some traitors amongst us are still happy with licking their bal*s! Its not about IK anymore, its about our future. After Nawaz there will be many many more like them! Pakistan must burry its ugly past and move towards a better future!
Brother. None of the opposition can bring an end to the govt if establishment doesn’t want. That’s just the fact. No foreign govt can influence Pak politics if ISI counter intelligence division doesn’t want.

Foreign powers can conduct terrorist attacks at places of wish & will at point & time of their choosing 365 days a year. ISI can do nothing.

Foreign powers had Bhutto hanged. ISI could do nothing.

Foreign powers had General Zia's plane explode in the air. ISI could do nothing.

ISI just hasn't got enough budget, resources and it does not control gazillions of variables at any given time.

Liaqat Ali Khan was also assassinated by foreign powers.

Now if a nation insists to forget and be dheet, then nothing can be done. More chaos to follow!

It's easier said than done. When you have countless of their spies in the Parliament, PM's cabinet, civil bureaucracy, media, civil society, NGOs, military's top brass everywhere then it's almost futile to fight back. A single person surrounded by the spies and traitors and doesn't know whom to trust. IK in short period of time has gone too far in his foreign policy that he would be sucked back into the vacuum he has left behind in his quick sprint. And everyone doesn't possess the balls to challenge the international establishment including the brave, lionhearted Generals too.

If someone thinks that colonial era has totally gone then he needs to do a reality check. Anyone who dares to challenge the supremacy of the US/UK in South Asia/Middle East or French in the North Africa has paid dearly in the end. Saddam Hussein, Muammar Gaddafi, King Faisal, ZA Bhutto, Zia ul Haq and list goes on of the people who paid the ultimate price for being bold enough to try to undermine their colonial overlords.

I wouldn't be surprised if establishment ki "kanpen taang Rahi hain".

Agreed. Plus our economy is shit. And our people have crap attitude towards life. They want free bijli, paani, gas. If they were self respecting people, they would have risen up to fight. Unfortunately, they are more likely to choose the easiest way for anything in life. Hence the corruption, betrayal and fall into an endless dark pit!

Or against PPP

Bajwa sahib has been protecting them and hence the dilemma if new COAS does not share the same opinion. Nothing else can explain such balant hypocrisy by judiciary, without the protection its was game over for them along time ago.

He is the one who is pushing NRO for opposition for a long time. Do not say diesel to molana sahib etc etc.

Wasn't IK being accused recently by cherry blossom of creating unnecessary delays in giving the extension. Looks like he was the one who resisted and opposition was much more enthusiastic ( against the guarantees establishment will protect them).

The threat ( letter is just a small of it there has to be alot of communication at various levels even open expression of displeasure like the EU breaking diplomatic protocol and issuing letters influencing a sovereign country foreign policy ) was the turning point when active intervention was decided. ( Remember when cherry blossom said 'koa zarorat thi absolutely not kehnay ki, Russia ka Dora, absolutely not and other events).
Before this they were running things in the background giving relief to opposition through courts and other such drama to keep their options open.

NS was already in contact with external players selling them i am a better more obedient option. The establishment got worried as these powerful external players can create alot of challenges already evident from IMF stricter conditions and FATF, GSP+ status etc along with the very real threat of unleashing proxy warfare ( that explains the uptick of terrorism before major political events).

All this political drama has only created frustration and distrust in general public. May be the experiment of staying Neutral after 75 years of active participation is not handled systematically.
MQM also moves to opposition, so who still maintains they are "NEUTRAL".
