Not at all.....i agree with all the negative assessments being posted here....am not even asking people not to speak against COAS.....my point is just this that do no heap blame on the WHOLE institution.....you want to do it, name that one person or people and say whatever you want to....however, heaping blame on the whole institution is wrong....its also wrong to suggest some sort of mutiny within the army, these are wrong things of which there can be no benefit to us Pakistanis, only to our eastern and western enemies.
We can't believe this. He is not the only one. There are some others with him who are helping him with that and controlling the whole institution. So that's how the whole institution gets compromised and we can't single out persons from within that institution because they are closely knit together and are secretive in nature and no one from the general public is allowed to even ask a question from them or to know who, how many of them are the ones to blamed, prosecuted and cleansed from the rest of the institution so that the institution doesn't get blamed.
No other institution of the Govt is sensitive enough for their image projection as the one you are referring to but still does the same corruption and betrayal from it's nation time and again regardless of what people would think and say about them.
For example, We all say that Police is corrupt the don't seem to mind that much. Army is in fact a Police on tons of high potency steroids, secretive behind the closed doors, an opaque and compromised institution who don't wanna let people say the truth about them in the name of the "national security" which they compromised themselves due to their own wrongdoings on each and every crucial moment. They have made this country a living hell for the people and the laboratory for conducting multinational experiments on us. Yes all of them aren't involved in this act as all the MNAs might not be the part of this plot, all the officers might not be corrupt as well.
But the public feels the gist of the time and how at times these institutions become practically dysfunctional against the powerful ones and how cruel they turn out to be against the weak and the helpless.
As any private company is represented by its CEO, Chairman, board of directors, in the same way every Govt institution is represented by its leadership. As any private company is judged by its actions so is the Govt institutions. When a CEO along with his Board is caught involved in gross violation of the contracts, laws and corruption, the whole company is shutdown and sealed. But there are a lot of people who were working in that company get blamed and jobless too even when they had nothing to with any of those activities. So when you work as a single monolithic organization then be ready to receive the feedback from people as monolithic and spread across too. So kindly don't complain after all that by getting into minute nitty gritty details to carve out some excuses.
And as Muslims we are bound to refuse the orders which are contradictory to the Muslims constitution (Quran and Hadith). Similarly every Govt employee has taken oath to serve the people and refuse to act upon any illegitimate, unconstitutional orders whatsoever. Whoever does this, he breaks the divine law of Allah Almighty and the law of the land and betrays his own people in that process.
If a soldier is ordered to intentionally kill a couple of innocents in the war and if he carries out the orders then he is the murderer of the humanity. He might get away with it here but would be held accountable in the afterlife, and while carrying those illegitimate orders if he does, then his martyrdom's validity is also up for the question and would be settled in the ultimate court of the afterlife. So no immunities, walkovers or pardons gonna work there.
