Because that will be violation of article 69.
Also that'll put parliament under the SC which is wrong
Both have separate powers

Why the heck don't we have a judicial commission or investigation or whatever for this?

It has been discussed in parliament, and also in NSC.

Why isn't the court even looking at the letter?

This is like saying, "sahi hai, aik berooni mulk nay sazish ki, they planned to overthrow the government, they gave the money, magr speaker is tarah ruling nhn day sakta". So we will let a foreign govt overthrow the govt.

It's as if a civilian caught a robber while robbing, but then the robber makes a claim that a civilian has no authority to catch him and detain him, and the robber gets free as a result.

I think article 69 is being misinterpreted here, It does not give Parliament a free ride to violate the constitution. Anyways it's the SCP's decision at the end of the day, let's see what they say.
