In summer your consumption in house is alot less than you have in winter. Volume exponentially increase when there is rain in winter. Everyone uses heater and water gesers. So you see in summer our local production is enough to cater for domestic and other consumers. Last year government balanced the volume with use of RLNG for domestic consumer. This year power ministry messed up the RLNG supply chain.
