I think this was a very good move to provide opportunity to the public to be able to communicate with the parlimentarians on real issues in a civilized manner, but unfortunately we Pakistanis are very good at mis-use of facilities. For any member assembly it would hardly take 5/10 minutes to get a new number, while people can keep sending junk to unattended sims/numbers, who is beooing foolish here.

Can you proof that the Mujahideen had forbidden education? Even Gulbudin who was the most hardline of mujahideen didnt ban education, let alone other factions. As far as we know it was the Taliban who totally banned female edcation and criminalized it.
