Guys,don't deny the fact.When it loads missiles,the strike range is 300km.And when it loads rockets,the strike range is only 160km.The link you provided tells us those are missiles.We are talking about rockets.Because precise rockets are more efficient than short-range missiles in the range between 50km~500km in many situations.The ws-2d launch system has 12 units.And the SY-400 launch system has 8 units.But your Block IA Unitary only have 2 units,this situation definately prove that these 2 units are missiles not rockets.In real war,the time we fired 8 rockets may be equal to the time you fired 2 missiles.And our cost will be cheaper than you and get the better destroying effect.

Actually,WS-2D is the loser in China internal competition.The PLA choose another type which is more advanced.
So the WS-2D became the exporting weapon.SY-400 is more precise than WS-2D.So some countries use it as a ballistic missile.
By the way,a new product which called WS-64 is the first anti-ship rocket type in the world.It has incredible precision.This type is to face those country who has not enough money to deploy anti-ship missile.

The People’s Liberation Army (PLA) of China boasts a type of artillery rocket gun called the PHL03. It is extremely powerful, but quite costly, according to China National Radio.

If an artillery battalion fires such rocket guns simultaneously for one round, they can hit every part of a town. However, such an operation will cost 100 million Yuan ($15.64 million) in total.

One shot from a single rocket gun will cost 750,000 Yuan ($117,269). Its shooting range is about 70 kilometers. With its guidance navigation system, it can hit a target as accurately as a missile.

The first ATACM missile design was already 160km. Hence the name Army Tactical Missile System. The newer version has increased range to 300km. Its not a rocket. I'll take 2 accurate missiles over rockets that won't be able to accurately hit targets up to 500km.
