We already have HQ 9s which go 200Km so that would be going a few steps backward.

You need both systems. Pantsirs are good when you need to protect armored colums...

They should have some mobile CIWS. Most attacks on ground units are either with smart bombs or slower subsonic cruise/anti armour missiles and these should be effectively countered by CIWS system.

And also hurry up the development of direct energy weapons for close range protection.
