I wonder many times when PLA RF is able to deploy the Quantum Nukes ( half fictional only ) ?
Because when PLA RF has Quantum Nukes, then it would be truly nice for PLARF, if they can selectively targeting Low Lifer americans such as Cheney, Rumsfeld, Ted Cruz, Donald Trump, and all their doormat lackeys.

Meanwhile at the same time, I would definitely and wholeheartedly agree to spare americans such as ( Michael Moore, all Benevolent american scientists, and all Benevolent American citizens ) and Gambit ( when Gambit is behaving benevolently ).

Next month, PRC is launching an experimental Quantum SAT.
Hence, PRC scientists are working their ways towards developing Quantum Nukes.
