Well having desire to have excessive plastic surgeries is a illness and this the lady was not aware completely forgivable .

There are certain, illnesses in medical world where person has desire of excessive surgeries and they do not have ability to say no

Was absolutely cute lady , however she has gone thru the path of surgeries and one can hope she finds peace and be happy with his own self

She must have just put some makeup on for some party holoween etc

Looks quite normal, sure may be a bit skinny etc but quite normal, rest are just photoshop work

Viral networks can certainly ruine any person's life quickly when they take few images meant as joke with inner friends and circulate it world wide to make fun of iran or it's people

Viral networks are curse on society

Just taken 10 hours ago, most likely the girl must have been scared with all the negative attention due to viral networks

I didn't go to her account personally, but almost all pics on the web are taken from her IG account.

I did note in OP that The Sun is untrustworthy, but this seems legit so far.
Also note that some pics were taken right after surgery.

Plastic surgery is cheap in Iran. I've lost count of number of Iranians I used to know who've been to Iran on 'holiday' but came back with sharp noses. I think they're in top something in plastic surgery.

A 19 year old Iranian girl cant afford 50 surgeries. Not without using her parents money anyway, and they would never allow let her. And its not as cheap as you think. Just cheaper than Europe/US

For someone who's gone through so much surgery to get to this stage, I'm sure her parents have witnessed it from first day. Either her parents are mentally unstable for allowing this to happen, or this is all fake publicity stunt.

I dont know if its possible to photoshop someone to appear thin and anorexic like she appears. But you can clearly see photoshop distort effects at most of her pictures

Either way it's scary. In a sad way. I'm concerned about the generations after us already.
