The pilot's flight duty time ended, after he which he is mandated (or rather forced) by ICAO, CAA, PIA, and all sort of other regulations to not take helm of the flight but have adequate rest (it is 10 hours I think but will have to check up on the rule again).
He did everything by the book and by the norms.
Agr yehi pilot flight ura leta the media would have been like 'qawaneen ki dhajjian', and people like the OP would be making a thread about why the pilot took off.
People, have some common sense and only make a thread as a matter of fact if you know the details of the incident at hand or have an understanding of the topic, otherwise, please keep your bias and taunts away and just report the matter and leave the judgement for later.
