Well in india there is no way to get around forex laws.

Also, if an allegal transaction was entered into, its no use claiming anything else now. Just vacate it, or if its legal, challenge in court.

if you ban ONLY indian flight its ok.. but problem is.. then that route only be operated by ehtihad who have chuk of market.. and i think dubai as hub..
so more pain to gulf operates ..
and othes... you can allow others to operate ...but cost will be huge for industry as such

Do you think THAT many Indian flights fly over our space? MOST of the move to the West market is taken over by Qatar, Turkey, Emirates, Etihad and others...Some like Japan, China also exist...or Finnair ...I am sure in no time india wont need their airlines going to West! Should be good news for you!
