Exporting gives us more money so that we can keep fulfilling our army's requirements.

i dont think we are in that maturity level for earning money through Export....

we will do some export... for eg: like we done for Dhruv to our friendly countries and for making relation stronger......

but as a business we are long way to go....

it was a joint development by the 2 HAL and Turbomeca HAL gets access to any critical technology needed so that it can be produced in their factories

That is not possible given the size of HELINA missile.

But its possible of it uses other ATGMs like LAHAT in quad-configuration.

Nope.Helina will definately be bigger and heavier than LAHAT.While a LAHAT weighs around 13 kg,Helina will be about 44 kg(much greater penetration).So even HAL has specified that Helina will be carried in twin configuration by LCH.Though I think the inboard pylon should be able to hold quad packs of Helina.By the way the problem is that Helina need launch tube which farther increase the weight but LAHAT doesn't need one.So LAHAT will be carried in quad configuration.
