Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte calls Barack Obama 'son of a wh*re'

. .
Undiplomatic? Yes.

Uncalculated or haphazard? No.

He is the president elected on popular vote. He needs to stay popular and, to achieve concrete results, needs to go outside the confines of political correctness.

Politicians are known to be cursing even at high level summits and at times they are caught when the mic is left open by mistake.

Duterte is a new breed of politician, like Trump, which needs to rise over the mediocrity and 'the-same-old' of traditional politics.

Trump knew that he needed to move outside the traditional Republicanism and, to this end, let so many ghosts out of the box, such as race and the fairness of the judges.

It is disturbing, yes, but, it is also like a sour medicine with long term healing effects.

PH might be regaining sovereignty right before our eyes.

Trump will taking pointers from Duterte the way things are going

Duterte tells what most people are thinking. Maybe he should drop the swearing. Remove the swearing and he is a breath of fresh air.

I agree, swearing adds extra topping to the cake, but, that topping might be just a little too much.

Nonetheless, Mr. Duterte is better to brace for a concerted US state regime corporate mouthpiece attack on him. They will also mobilize countless bloggers and experts, both resident in PH (you know what sort of people they are) and in the US to attack him.

US embassy and CIA operatives along with NGOs might have started practical training on crowd gathering, provocation and management.

Mr. Duterte has to be super agile and preemptive。

. . . . .
So... there are other Trumps already in power?

The age of the rule of ignorant baffons is upon us... hmm. ...entertaining to say the least... Popcorn plz!

. .
Undiplomatic. But, as long as your populace confides in you, who cares? :enjoy:

Philippines should be the priority for a leader fit to run it.

.
The people of the Philippines have elected their president and if guys like gambit here starts to call him classless, uneducated and what not, then they are insulting the leader of a sovereign country and its people. Now where is the class?
