Even .8% is really a big increase considering 1.2 billion population of India. Are Muslims only interested in increasing their population.

Study the link between economic prosperity and the number of children per family. There are multiple factors which cause a certain area to have higher population growth compared to others. There should have been a mention of these which sadly I do not see anywhere.

There is a limit to it. Reservation are only given for Government jobs. Private sector jobs which constitute 95 % of employment is purely based on merit. If Muslims are smart & educated they are gonna get it.

Muslim Population has gone up in India from 10% in 1951 to 14.2% in 2011, in 60 years. So, to answer your question even if the past 60 years differential rate of Muslim population growth in India continues(possible, but chances less IMO), it will take a long time to reach 25%.
