Judges don't have an army to protect them. So, when those who have an army threaten judges, judges will be forced to do their bidding. If government or intelligence agency asks a judge to do something, the judge has no choice. Otherwise, tomorrow there will be a case of sexual misconduct, corruption or even outright assassination attempt on the judge.

Dismantle the judiciary and reconstitute it. Re-hire judges and lawyers on merit, with strict punishments for corruption.

Some form of massive judicial revision is needed.

Can the government do this by law? Because the way things are, we will not get any justice. Alot of these judges are relatives of politicians or have deep contacts. Just look at the elite/politicians wedding parties, so many beurocrats, judges are invited.

It will take military and government hand in hand to accomplish this, but I think PPP needs to be taken care of first so PTI can consolidate all of Pakistan.

That is called negotiation. Initially, a tough decision is handed over and after the person negotiates and offers something, a softer decision is made via judiciary. The judges are still giving decision on the basis of military pressure, though it may appear that the judges are nullifying military decision.
