People of Fata-origin put under surveillance in Pindi division

@truthseer @WaLeEdK2 Please. Its not about Punjabi or muhajir, both who are at the top of the Pakistani hierarchy yet keep asking for extra rights and don't recognize their elevated position of the Pakistani map. If these two groups grow sensible half the countries problems will disappear. The issue however is terrorism which is a national (Pakistani) problem. Lets not turn a national problem into an ethnic matter. Were people in Lahore daily being killed by PPPP/MQM mafias. Lahore is much safer than Karachi and there is a reason. Operations obviously will be conducted in regions where there is a problem. We notice there is a terrorism problem with the Punjabi taliban and action is being taken in Punjab too. Lets not turn national issues into ethnic ones. We have traitors like Syed Jamaluddin for that. Lets not follow him down that road.
Compared to Punjab, we're not that privileged, but I get your point. My point is, remove our benefits, remove Punjab's and give more to the rest. The rest have nothing, go to villages and see how life is outside Punjab.

Lol you should be fucking happy that rangers are deployed in big numbers. I don't know what you're complaining about. When was the last time a bomb exploded in Karachi? Target killing is down to an all time low in years. We wish we could have more rangers like you guys. It more bias for safety towards YOU. You're getting A LOT more benefits than us in this aspect so please don't sit on your computer playing victim for no reason at all.
I don't mind Rangers tbh, though some of them treat everyone as terrorists.

Personal anecdote, Rangers saved my life coming home from near the ARY office when MQM attacked it. That said, I can recognise WHY people get annoyed, why is Fouj/Rangers only deployed here? Only 2000 people for whole of Punjab is ridiculous, what kind of operation can such a small amount do?

See, now you're just going on about Karachi. Do you think people of FATA, KPK and Balochistan/Interior Sindh are happy and get the same resources? No, and that's the point I'm making. We need an equal society, we don't need a CPEC benefiting the richer province more than the others, but a fairer one, more trade in other provinces, benefits to natural gas, minerals to Balochis themselves......

Are you mentally retarded? Is fata an occupied territory?

Shut up idiot. If you want respect then at least have some decency. Occupied or not who gives you rights to kill someone or put them under surveillance ?

I don't need respect from a retard like you who cannot fathom the difference between internal security and oppression. Go read some books then come back to talk to the grown ups.

grown ups or an old fart like you ? You have lost your mind because of your age. go and play with your grand kids and take your medicine else your family will throw you out because of your retardness.

Have you read of general zho wrong or perhaps tictius or heratio? Guess not, like I said, go read some books and learn some facts then come here and debate. Till then you are nothing more then an irritating fly buzzing around the room.

Read more than you.heard about oppression ? If not go and read about it.

I wrote a paper about it when I was an undergrad student. Where does the law end and oppression begin? Thin blue line.

Here read this article: its a good one to get the brain working:

So there is no law of land in Pakistan ?

So there is no law of land in Pakistan ?

Law of land? There is a constitutional law and administrative law along with laws on criminality, tort, family law, etc etc. Take your pick!

You are fine with racial profiling of Pashtuns? ......
not pashtuns but from any area where the threats emerge from. I am myself pashtun but we all know that most of the people supporting terrorists were from fata. Had this been done before. Maybe lahore blast won't have happened.

I say Khattaks should also be put under heavy surveillance as Darul-uloom Haqqania, from which many terrorists have graduated , is situated in Akora Khattak

If khattak had been involved with extremism than do it. But i don't think you would find many.

Bro the Khattak tribe mostly inhibits regions close to the border of the tribal areas. So even though I disagree with naveedullah I can see where hes coming from

There are underlying causes why he says this. FATA has been a region where kidnappers and criminals hide. Criminal elements kidnap people from cities like Peshawar, Nowshera (which is khattak dominated), even Mardan and bring them to North Waziristan or other agencies. From there they demand staggering ransoms. Fake currency, arms and drugs are sold in this part but who made FATA like it is now anyway? We did.

Of course I don't agree with Naveed but I have witnessed sentiment in Peshawar that is against not only Afghan nationals but also FATians. However this is making it difficult for Fatians to merge in the national fabric because ever fellow pashtuns from settled areas and urban centers don't treat them as equals, rather as barbarians lacking civilization.

A situation like this needs to be treated with extreme love, care, tact and respect. FATians are our citizens. The FCR coupled with discrimination, a dismal literacy and employment rate is responsible for the current situation of FATA. Just like America can't blame all muslims for 9/11, we can't blame all tribals for terrorism. When a person does not have basic things like food water when some talibs come to town giving cash and their demented ideology promising young men who have nothing go to heaven how is there even a possibility they won't accept. I have covered this in my first book too.

Guys its easy to condemn, harder to feel empathy. Live on an empty stomach for even a month and you will know the hardship FATians face. And this is no secret that districts like Musa Khel, Dera Bugti and Kohistan are also waiting to blow over. With dismal literacy any place can turn into fata and lets not forget we used FATA as a staging ground for all sorts of terrorist mullahs to defeat the Soviets in neighboring Afghanistan. We made it the lawless area it is so it suited us. Now we are blaming FATians. How unfair? Even now its controlled the Collective Responsibilities Act which blames an entire tribe for the action of one terrorist.

But braith, I have never witnessed from you any love for Pakistan. You seem like another Luffy intent on making our various ethnicities fight. I want our people to be inclusive and work together for a better Pakistan.

Wrora this is the problem. Pakistanis themselves do not appreciate the ethnic makeup and diversity of the country. I am only a nominal pashtun if at all but the hate I have seen against pashtuns in my city, karachi is staggering. The abuse of pashtuns there makes it hard for a patriotic or national feeling to develop. Instead the muhajirs and sindhis both are stuck on issues of ethnicity. Obviously the other ethnicities will follow suit.

You have pointed to an important fact. FATians are only allowed to elect mullahs, the police doesn't exist in FATA and militias keep the justice. In every way it is outside the control of the federal government. The rules applying in the rest of the country do not apply there (FCR) and as you said incompetent outsiders often appoint tanidars and others for their own selfish needs.

My hope is FATA is quickly merged with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It makes sense.
Sir I am no expert on FATA though I will say one of the finer Generals of recent years Tariq Khan has stated on record that merging FATA with KPK is a big mistake, I for one believe we should take note of his erudite opinion.Kudos
