John McCain is a powerful Senator but he's just one in a hundred. It is Obama who sets the policy. It was its decision not to certify Pakistan and deny CSF. Before it was Congress that was hostile to Pakistan, now it's Obama too.

I think this is all part of the same carrot and stick approach US is using against Pakistan. Let's see how Pakistan responds.

The Americans are still living in a pre Cold War era. The world has changed drastically. The carrot stick approach has outdated and has become a prehistoric instrument. Countries aren't intimidated nor rewarded by sticks and carrots. The writing is on the wall. The Americans have already lost credibility and by playing these silly games they aren't doing anyone any service.

I'm least surprised by this childish behavior. One just has to look at the farcical US elections to get an idea where this country is heading at the moment. If this kind of childish behavior is portrayed by the people and the leaders, there should really be no surprise why things are so messy. The superpower isn't setting any shining examples these days.

WOT is just some fancy word dude, there is now formal agreement not even an MOU signed between two governments and so they are never obliged to pay any money, instead thank them since they have paid millions in the name of CSF, just because of this so called bilateral cooperation.

yes, we are not in afghanistan because we are not Nato or ISF member.
but those were hidding in our tribal areas and our army was not equipped with mountain warfare and precise weapons to target individual terrorists. this is where we need their hardware and money to train and equip our army with those weapons to target those terrorists..

American administration and Pakistani govt. agrees on certain agreements for Pakistan to join that fancy word WOT. and that fancy word WOT destroy Iraq whole.

Americans have lost credibility? In which world do you live, my friend? Much of the world listens to them, not us.

Taliban movement has a strong footprint in Pakistan, like it or not. If so-called Quetta Shura and Haqqani Network are active in Pakistan, then this puts a question mark on our commitment towards War on Terror. Do not forget that they (i.e. Americans) assassinated Osama Bin Laden and Mullah Akhtar Mansour inside Pakistan.
