peace talks with India more likely if Modi wins election : IMRAN KHAN

. .
If Imran Bey doesn’t wish for Modi’s win then who will???? You would like to keep the qualitative difference with your opponent as wide as possible!!! Just compare and contrast IK with Modi!!!! One is an internationally renowned handsome sportsman and Oxford educated humanist; the other is an internationally defamed uncouth looking genocidal and maniac RSS killer of babies, kids, women, elderly etc...

As you are, so will you be ruled, says a Hadis-I Sherif. The majority of Pak folks take after IK to varous degrees. The majority of the Indian folks are like Modi....

:disagree:Imran should mind his own country's business. Why he's addressing Modi every now and then? We are in an election mood. Not available for diplomacy. Who knows if he will be elected again.

The reaction to Pakistan has been more or less the same irrespective of who was in power. Congress had the worst history with Pakistan by far. Thats slowly Changing though.

In my view, this statement of Imran Khan is given in the context of the Pakistan's assessment that Modi would again be elected as Prime Minister, for the next term. All the credible analyses are leading towards this scenario.

World can understand your pain since 27th Feb :rofl:

This pain is so palpable, that it oozes out again and again. They have almost become neurotics.

It seems that both Indians and Pakistanis want Modi to win. It is a win-win for both in that case, except for the fact that Modi will deal with Pakistan with a heavy hand, no doubt about it.

As far as the notion that Modi will lead India on a disastrous path, the Pakistanis here who say it are on weeds. A good example would be of the Gujarat riots. After the riots, Modi's Gujarat did not witness any other riot for years. So all this brouhaha about India going down the drain is just a delusion, which the Pakistanis here have in good amount. So the treatment for such delusions would be to broaden their mindset or seek psychiatric help.

The massacre of Sikh also once occurred, but did anything after happen? Not really. Thing is, its not the isolated events that will bring about the change in sentiment, but a continued internal policy of oppressing the minorities.

Under Modi, sectarian violence has increased 24%, that's a great increase in only 3 years. It is Modi's rhetoric which has irked PDP -- a pro-india Kashmiri democratic party, and is now even sending professors to join freedom fighters.

When will Pakistan understand Indian Muslims are non of its business. Also if economic growth of both countries follow the current trajectory very soon our worst will be much better than your well to do.

Indian Muslim's are not our issue but Kashmir and it's inhabitants is a legitimate outstanding issue that needs to be settled without which there will always be difficult atmosphere.

However hypocrisy on India's part it didn't think that when it trained Mukhti bani fighters and orchestrated fall of Dhaka.

Indian elections, can't say anything for sure. Mainstream media never really thought Modi would come to power in 2014.

You may be right. But what I am saying is that IK's statement is in the light of the current official assessment of Pakistan.

Forget Kashmir, Punjab and Red Corridor for a while. North-East will ignite in fire if Modi gets re-elected. This will be a golden opportunity for ISI and Chinese intelligence to step up their game. Till now you have been ruling the North-east by divide and rule strategy that you have inherited from your colonial masters. This will no longer be the case when they will all join hands and stand up in revolt.

Hahaha .. that's one heck of a statement! This is going to short circuit many Indians!

I don't think Imran is correct in his assessment. Once Modi wins the elections, he is not going to talk on Kashmir issue at all with Pakistan. Instead he would start Palestinisation of Kashmir and start settlement of Hindus in Kashmir to change the ethnic mix and then start doing ethnic cleansing. Mark my words.

Things are going to get nasty and unbearable for Kashmiris. Kashmiris should be ready to stand up and cause a military i.e arm uprising in Kashmir. There would be no other option than it.
Pakistan also have to then back up Kashmiris with arms support. It has to be done and take the Kashmir by force. It has to be done, but expect huge blood bath. Modi is a sycophant, we have to deal with him accordingly.
Peace overtures with him are useless.

He'w wrong on this....

Stupid elements in paksitani media and establishment also had the same fancy dreams before 2014 election that if modi and bjp comes into power that would be very good for paksitan to initiate a dialogue with india, the same rubbish argument was used in late 90s as I far as I remember that if wajpai/bjp comes into power we will solve all outstanding issues with india especially kashmir issue.
The level of stupidity behind these statements is beyond me. Modi is going to be even worse for pakistan after getting elected in 2019 election than he was after getting elected in 2014 elections. But the stupidity of our establishment and foreign office must continue, I extremely doubt a stupid person like imran khan is capable of strategic thinking, he is just regurgitating what he is fed by other circles of power, namely elements in establishment and foreign office.
