There are two effective Channels:

1) PayPal Contact, asks them to Launch PayPal in Pakistan

2) PayPal Facebook Page (asks them on messages, if staff is online they will contact you otherwise robot gives you help links, send message until staff contact you and talk to them about this issue)

Dude i already gave up with PayPal in 2015. They ain't coming until we get cleared by FATF, Still no guarantee even if we get cleared.

You do know, this is just a standard response.
Just remove the name Pakistan and add any other country to your message which doesn't have PayPal services.
You'll get the exact same response with that country's name instead of Pakistan.

Even small problem things like that are almost impossible for Pakistan now.
Quota and sifarish system has destroyed the machinery, that runs Pakistan.

Turkey kicked paypal out of the country and my online business screwed. There are other online payment systems but paypal was the best.

Did anyone notice the name of guy in customer support, "Rajesh", gangoos have influence in fb, twitter, google and platforms like Paypal. They no doubt have a hand in making Paypay ignore a huge online market like Pakistan for so long.

I have one friend who is running call centre in Pakistan and I have to deal with all his payment because they come through paypal
