I am not condoning rape, but if a person is unable to control him or herself because of the levels of their hormones , should they be blamed and hanged? Unfortunately the need to breed is in their Base Genes and something they cannot control and pushes them over the wrong choice barrier.

Somethings are beyond pardon.
You touch little girls, there should only be death for those people irrespective of their background, ethnicity, conditions or religion.

Also, it is easy for a woman to allege rape after things turn sour in a relationship and it is easy to put the blame on the man. On the basis of little evidence other than the allegations of a woman are men being sent to the gallows?

My reference is to the article posted and nothing to do with Child rape. The Pasteur raped a woman and not a child and your fellow Indian suggested he be hanged. Hanging is fine as long as there is good rationale and justification, we don't want to make such hanging choices just like the rapist makes a rape decision.

Any way let's keep religion out of this, it's obvious the issue is across all religion and nations and at all levels. All I am saying shouldn't the human genome construct and physiological construction be taken into consideration before hanging poor souls who are unable to control their base desires? is it their fault if society/parents/schools failed to educate and condition children to prevent such occurrences? There is a difference between criminal intent and spur of the moment attacks.

I can relate to feeling desires, but I cannot relate to having an irresistible impulse to rape someone, wanna know why? Because that's not a thing. Have desires? Resist them, but if they're so strong that you might rape someone, go and masturbate. Rape is NEVER an option.

this logic can apply to animals....not on humans because humans are far super breed......
now if you like to apply this on humans then laws are made to punish such animals in human skin..
