They arent. 90% of the time there is nothing like this. But elements like the OP himself with racist mentalities and others with both political motives ensure that it burns on.
Its the same as ethnic tensions within any country where immigration between provinces occurs. In a way the issue began with the prosecution of the Bengalis from the 50s. That approach of asserting superiority persisted, with alliances between ethnicities propping up and breaking away depending on common enemies and so on.

In either case, closing this thread to ensure that a racist mentality fellow cannot propagate his hate.
