Does anyone remember's Maryam Nawaz tweet? She said the storm has passed. With the retiring of COAS Raheel Sharif and than the CJ, no one in their sane minds expected anything different

Well.... With our new COAS Gen Bajwa, i thtink Nawaz Sharif and his family couldnt ask for a better and more ideal situation to be in.... ... Personally i think, Gen Raheel was also not so strict in matters relating to national security like dawn leaks, with Nawaz Sharif to get culprits punished.... Atleast Gen Raheel Sharif was firm on kashmir issue, and wrt relations with India

As far as new CJ is concerned..well i never had any expectation from judiciary... They are not judges, but defense lawyers of sharif family.. So Maryam Nawaz was actually right

Actually, Naeem Bukhari has already clarified. He said that she is both.. If it is proved, PM will be a gone case. But looking at the judges' remarks, it seems quite difficult, in fact impossible.

The way our judges work I won't be surprised if the little girl is asked to give proof ke oskay hi moh pe nishaan hain, kis cheez se mara gaya, kisne mara, fingerprints lao, official statement lao. Saboot do saboot ke tumharay hi sath howa hai yeh.

One thing I want to ask.. Did Naeem bukhari, in front of judges, refer to those emails, and documents which have been submitted by PTI few days ago? Didnt those documents prove tht Mryam Nawaz is the owner? Has this topic been discussed in front of judges?

پاناما لیکس کی درخواستوں کی سماعت کے دوران پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے چیئرمین عمران خان کے ہاتھ میں آج پہلی مرتبہ تسبیح بھی نظر آئی۔ اس سے پہلے والے بینچ اور سنہ 2013 کے انتخابات میں دھاندلی سے متعلق درخواست کی سماعت کے دوران پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے سربراہ کے ہاتھ میں کبھی بھی تسبیح نہیں دیکھی گئی۔ تاہم بدھ کو جب بھی بینچ میں شامل کوئی جج ریمارکس دیتے یا پی ٹی آئی کے وکیل نعیم بخاری سے کوئی سوال پوچھتے تو عمران خان کے دائیں ہاتھ کی انگلیاں تسبیح پر زیادہ تیزی سے چلنا شروع ہوجاتی تھیں۔


کمرۂ عدالت سے نکلنے کے بعد پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے سربراہ نے تسبیح اپنی جیب میں ڈال لی۔

how do you prove an adult person who happens to be married with a daughter (also married) and son (university student) who's husband is sitting MNA and she her self is a billionaire is dependant on her father?? I mean how in the world would you prove that?

One thing I want to ask.. Did Naeem bukhari, in front of judges, refer to those emails, and documents which have been submitted by PTI few days ago? Didnt those documents prove tht Mryam Nawaz is the owner? Has this topic been discussed in front of judges?

leaked documents... meaning personal email stolen from server.... if they are submissible than a confession obtained by torture should also be submissible...

any proof should be obtained legally.... panama firm will never give up any thing legally... all the case is running on stolen documents.... u can predict the court decision.;....

I guess that Umar Cheema has summed up the decision(A commission to prolong) and the reason for that is, Military's NRO from 2007 and compulsion to uphold it due to international guarantors(Just like Zardari's case)
