Judges have to bear the pressure, they shouldn't have taken up the case in first place if tackling pressure was beyond them, judges want a scapegoat to face repercussions of the verdict. If JC was the only option then why did SC waste time on proceedings in the name of arguments, it should have formulated ToRs and be done with it.

There's nothing which JC can investigate vis a vis Sharifs -- NAB, SEC, FBR, FIA being arms of JC work under the influence of one who's directly accused in the case. BVI authorities will never respond to the request for cooperation, let alone verification, what happened to probe into Panama scam in India is in front of us.

Burden of proof is on Sharif, failure to provide evidence should mean something. IK opted best option available to him, JC won't serve any purpose.

Yes.. this is the main point.. if judges thought, tht judicial commission was necessary to ascertain facts in this case..why didn't they make commission in the initial hearings, and wasted so much time?

Also, I remember in the sec or third hearing, one of the judges remarked, tht we don't think, a commission will be needed, if basic questions like money trail are answered, after sharif family have owned those flats... and now since Sharif family have clearly said tht they cant provide money trail, it should very easy for judges to give their verdict

Sharif family have accepted ownership of those flats.. three questions were asked..to give money trail, whether Maryam is a dependent, and regd speeches in parliament

They have responded, tht speeches in parliament were political statements, meaning PM told a lie, they have said tht they cant show money trail, they don't have it...Maryam hasn't paid any taxes..so she is a dependent... there is no need to even look at the documents provided by IK...

Caesar's wife must be above suspicion. Having benefit of doubt does not mean a clean chit. NS is PM of this country, both morally and legally he has to prove his innocence, if he can't he should leave even if he gets benefit of doubt.

There's nothing as insufficient proofs in case of Sharifs. IK says Maryam owns offshore companies but Sharifs say Hussain owns them & to back the claim they provide trust deeds -- why don't they provide ownership certificates to settle the issue once and for all. There's a list which Sharifs can do if they are innocent.

yes..I know... my concern is for the judges only....tht how are they saying tht both parties didn't submit anything concrete..? when they don't even need to look at documents provided by IK..as they themselves said tht burden of proof is on sharif family and tht they must answer three basic questions

Judges have made a somewhat similar statement, regd inconcrete evidence.. see post 553, on page 37..theres express newspaper screenshot posted, on what happened, and remarks by judges
