I am sooo waiting for Justice Khosa to become our CJ..... He truly knows the true essence of justice and responsibility of a judge... A God fearing man!! May Allah bless him, Justice Gulzar and others like them

Model courts in Punjab are his brain child and CJ of LHC has many times said tht..it was his suggestion, tht we decided to introduce model courts in Punjab...which is yielding much positive results in bringing speedy justice in criminal cases... Its good tht he is aware of the need for speedy justice in the country, and he will give special attention to it, once he becomes CJ.. But the sad part is..tht he will be CJ for only 11 months .. A very short time period..for him to introduce judicial procedural reforms in the country

Uss police walay ne woh 50 riyal speeding ticket pe staple kiey, Pakistani ko hathkari lagai aur police station le gaya.. 3 months woh sahib jail main rehnay ke baad deport hogaey..

Jab SC strict check rakhay gi..prosecutors par....aur unke challan ko dismiss karay gi..ke dobara proper challan laayein tu kahin na kahin se behtari zuroor hogi... Jab police officers ko bhi pata hoga ke SC main aisy strict judge bethay hain tu woh bhi chakkar detay huay 100 dafa sochein ge...

And abt lower judiciary...ab yehi model courts ko hi dekh lein.. Top ke logon main agar vision aur neeyat hogi..tu woh lower judiciary ko bhi theek karna chahein ge..and will want speedy justice for all in the country... Ab Justice Khosa ko hi dekh lein.. He is just a senior SC judge right now. He is not CJ .. He had no responsibility right now...but still it was his vision tht he wants a system of speedy justice...which he shared with others....aur punjab main model courts ka project start hua.. So imagine, how much more he will want to do as CJ? He will want to improve standard of judiciary all over the country then... Ek dafa humari top positions par imaandar log aaajyein tu bhtt behtari hosakti hai

Yahan zaroorat hai aik emandaar qayadat ki.. jo kam se kam 10 saal hukumat karay.. puranay officers retire hon, FPSC aur Provincial service ke exams shaffaf ho.,, naya khoon aye..
