This is a universal rule of law... every one knowz this much
There are 2 types of Laws, Criminal and Corporate/Financial Law
In Criminal cases, the burden of proof is on the prosecution team, they have to prove without any reasonable doubt that the person/s are responsible for the crime/s committed. For example in a murder the prosecution has to prove proofs like DNA report, finger prints, etc etc
While in financial cases the burden of proof on the defendant, the defendant can be a person or a company and they have to prove that the money they have earned or transferred/stored is through legal means and not via illegal channels and that tax has been paid on that money. That is why here in Australia, we are required to keep our receipts, bank statements and any other financial documentation for upto 7 years for general public and 15 years for corporations.
Who is this guy and how credible is he?
New Recruit
If father is working as government officer and this amount is way above his pay scale he can be questionedI am not sure ... but there is more here than fan boy interpertation of financial laws...
For instance ... if a 20 year old child of a govt officer starts selling drugs without his fathers knowledge and makes 100 million pkr in a year....
Accotding to what i understand from pak sword and you guys... that his father can be asked to give receipts of income.. failing which father should be jailed...
Does not sound right at all....
If father is working as government officer and this amount is way above his pay scale he can be questioned
Waisay
Mohataram drugs ka case ho ga us per aur kis cheez ka hona hai
Who is this guy and how credible is he?

Depend on case. If amount is provided by father both will be persecuted. If not and father provides evidence he is not involve in selling of drugs then only.On father???,
He is a journalist/analyst...but not much credible... Iski aksar news ghalat hoti hain
Regardless of his credibility this one looks like a possible verdict.
Waisay bohut ajeeb baap ho ga 20 saal ka bacha achanak cororepati ban gya hai aur pocha tak nahi kidher say araha hai paisa.
Yes.,,this might be his assumption..as most ppl think..this will be likley verdict... But ye jis tarah se keh raha hai ke judgment leak hogyi aur yhei verdict hai..this, i dont think, so.... Yeh sirf uski assumption hosakti hai, jo mostly logon ki hai
On a different note.. Mujhe lagta hai ke judges ko article 62/63 par kuch na kuch tu likhna hi paray ga.. Judges bilkol hi article 62/63 ko ignore nahi karsaktay... Kiun ke sheikh rashid ki petition hai hi article 62/63 par......aur kiun ke adalat har petitioner ki plea aur unke arguments likhein ge..tu saath main adaalat ko apnay arguments bhi denay honge, har petition par... Agar sheikh rashid ki petition ko dismiss bhi karein ge..tab bhi adalat ko legal arguments tu denay hi honge..ke woh isay kiun dismiss karrahay hain? Lekin jaisa ke aksar logon ka yahan khyal hai ke article 62/63 ka koi zikr hi nahi hoga, verdict main...tu woh mera khyal hai ke possible nahi hai, kiun ke sheikh rashid ki petition hi is par base karti hai.. Ab beshak adaalat uske against main hi arguments dey..lekin iska zikr tu karna hi paray ga...ignore nahi kia jaasakta
Waisy adaalat agar sirf hearing ke dauran ke apnay remarks hi sirf likh dey abt honesty/dishonesty tu mera khyal hai ke election commission ke through disqualification ke liye woh bhi kaafi honge
All these points that u have mentioned must be covered in detailed judgement, Asad Kharal played with fire in my opinion he used the term "Leaked" i mean SC k judgement kis tarah leak ho sakta hai ?
