I want number 1, but I think number 3 is most likely :(.... You tell yours?

Number 2..

@Farah Sohail : 3 - PM is neither suspended nor disqualified, but is declared dishonest. A criminal investigation of money laundering is transferred to a commission with all the powers of NAB/ FBR/ FIA. Petitioner is asked to contact EC for disqualification.

@User : 5 - PM is acquitted on the basis of not enough conclusive evidence.

@PakSword : 2 - PM is suspended, and criminal investigation of money laundering is transferred to a commission with all the powers of NAB/ FBR/ FIA. No mention of 62 and 63, or no declaration.

Anyone else?

FILHALL!!!!!!!!!!! :o::o:
:astagh:

PM is acquitted and court advises Parliman for necessary amendments in laws to counter money laundering and corruption etc etc.
Ja ooyy!!
Allah tumhari 3 aur shadian krwaii!! :butcher:

I dont think it will be kind of a verdict where the judges will have to run and hide, anyway, lets see!!

On other hand, i was just listening to Ishaq Dar's speech in parliament. It was about an agreement with Swiss gov//banking as per which they will share the details of accounts held by Pakistanis(read Zardari) with Pakistan. These details once shared can form the bases of a trial against the hundreds of other corrupts. Now knowing how corrupt PMLN itself is, i see this as a move only to get all the GOONS on the same page. A warning shot to Zardari may be kud to dobain gy sanam tuj ko bhe lay donbaingay!! In other words, a call for alliance against the anti-corruption drive.

Too much conspiracy?
@The Eagle @WAJsal

For the first line in your quote regarding Judges, Message is loud & clear in-case of verdict against either party and Judges are in trust and provided confidence in this regard. I know you got it.

Rest about conspiracy, this is not the first time what PMLn is doing in the name of so-called attempt of Swiss but it is truly a call by force to gather and gang-up which is less related to PTI but mostly to influence the institution and fools the masses in advance whereby giving a relief point to the Court that Hey! if you favour us, no worries as we will handle the public in the name of further enquiries, Swiss Money etc so let's do it, which I don't see happening or any agreement. Secondly, it is about to fool the public in-case the verdict came against PMLn and at-least there needs to be few beans left to sell to public afterwards and play a victim card by reminding about these dramatic speeches in Assembly and false claims.

PMLn like any other corrupt party will be playing two games at a time. First by pressuring the departments while playing victim card in front of public to gain sympathy as well as send a message not to Court alone but Institution as well. It is true that for security purposes, Court is openly looking at Military to handle the situation that is indeed its job but PMLn & gang sees it as a threat and wants to divert focus in advance though, I don't see anything happening as such. Dar or so, are not promising the same for the first time but have been fooling the people since start that same goes to PPPP and all other corrupts/thugs and looters.

Just saying.

So u think ..there will be nothing in the verdict on 62/63 or declaration on honesty/ dishonesty?

Yes, I don't think.. Because it is yet to be proven whether PM lied or not.. His statement on the floor of parliament and his children's statement in the court don't mean that PM lied.. It requires "free and fair" investigation to establish his lies. :-)

Aisa samja hua ha lol. Lets hope the decision comes sooner than latter and to all our likings. Than app Lahore aoo party meri taraf sa. No kiddin

Aisy na kahein :( family ke har member ne alag alag kahani sunayi hai..aur is par hi judges ke sab se ziada remarks hain :( aur justice khosa tu keh bhi chukay hain ke hum declaration de saktay hain :(

Lets play a game.. Lets predict the verdict here and then see who made an accurate prediction when the verdict comes out. Choose only one of the following:

1 - PM is disqualified on 62 and 63, and criminal investigation of money laundering is transferred to a commission with all the powers of NAB/ FBR/ FIA.
2 - PM is suspended, and criminal investigation of money laundering is transferred to a commission with all the powers of NAB/ FBR/ FIA. No mention of 62 and 63, or no declaration.

4 - PM is acquitted on the basis of not enough conclusive evidence. But a criminal investigation of money laundering is transferred to a commission with all the powers of NAB/ FBR/ FIA.
5 - PM is acquitted on the basis of not enough conclusive evidence. No further action is warranted.

@Arsalan @friendly_troll96 @biloo700 @war&peace @Doordie and others..

Please note that it is not the prediction based on any false knowledge of unseen.. It should be on the basis of what we have read and heard so far..
Will like to reply to this from different perspectives;

If i was the judge,
my decision, in light of all the case hearings and proceedings thus far would have been the option# 1, disqualification under 62/63 and full criminal investigation to get the culprits to jail.

However since i am not the judge here and i guess all this is easier said than done, the other perspective will be that of the actual judges that are hearing the case. It will be best, for EVERYONE (Judges, law and the country) to go with option 2. Suspension for now and a detailed investigation into this matter that then results in disqualification and punishment.

Another option, that will mean plenty of cover for the judges and still deliver some little justice can be point 3. Also this will be sort of decision that i have been anticipating since day one (leaving aside the few days where i was more optimistic). This decision will be claimed as a victory by both sides.

Option 4 and 5, i do not see that happening and will come as a huge surprise and an even bigger disappointment is that is the case. Also remember that with whole world watching, that will be devastating for our international image as well and we will be butt of all jokes

So to summarize, my answer to this question is:
  • Option 1 is what i think is appropriate HOWEVER
  • Option 2 or Option 3 is what i will say is the most likely outcome. \

This is interesting!
@WAJsal @The Eagle @IceCold @HRK what do you people think? :)

If you ask me number 3 and number 4 seems more plausible knowing the history of our courts and how culprits and criminals walk away on the basis of inconclusive evidence. We have heard far to many times that evidence provided is not conclusive but rather headings from news paper which will be latter used for selling pakros etc.
