why didn't Naeem bukhari..mention this fact in the court..tht Maryam paid zero taxes, and hence she is a dependent.. because judges kept asking Naeem bukhari tht Maryam is dependent on her father, but he didn't mention this..i guess and he was unable to convince judges in this matter.. infact, on this, Sheikh Rashid's argumnets later, were more effective

Well @Farah Sohail i told you yesterday that even 5 year old can tell who is guilty and who is not we argue here that they should have said this or that but over here a blind person can say that NS is guilty. With all due respect if a judge can't give judgment they shouldn't be judges because their IQ level is going in negative territory

We know tht NS family is guilty...its all clear...and there should be no problem is declaring them culprit and hence punishing... But the thing is...judges, want to be spoon fed each and everything....hence PTI lawyers should be extra smart and say each and everything, which is in their defense...anything which is common sense knowledge should be spoonfed to judges...

AMEEN. Everything has an end and a time set (no dynasty or ruling family lasts forever, history is witness to that). NS and Co's time is nearing their end.

Pay £30 or so per notary and any tom dick and harry can get anything like this FCO-UK seal and signatures done .. even I can become a beneficial owner of Nescol etc (for the sake of producing a document) and get the FCO-UK seal & signature on it ... requirement for this document is nothing but a recognised authority signing (such as a qualified solicitor, barrister etc). It could be a complete lie and FCO-UK would still seal and sign as they do not verify!!!

Exactly! One can read fine text written on Certificates. Notary public certified the copy being true copy of original document, not the contents or validity of the document. Similarly FCO only authenticated the signature and seal of notary public, not the contents or legality of the document. In short documents, trust deed, have no legal binding.

Judges have understood the fact that There is lots of mis match of statements from Sharif Family, & Now the burden of proof is on NS & Family, its a open and shut case now, there is sufficient video evidence to proof the contradictions in statements from Hassan, Hussain, & Maryam...

I don't agree with this. Going by the law being interpreted now, SC could convict him only. Please recall there are two orders in the case, one for conviction and one for disqualification. Justice Chaudhry in second order ruled that SC had powers to disqualify without directing the speaker to file a reference. Please recall speaker refused to file a reference for PM disqualication when directed to comply with 1st order. Interestingly NS was the petitioner at that time.

True that, Justice Khosa today categorically said the onus to prove money trail was on Sharifs. As for your question, Sharifs have already submitted money trail in the form of a letter, famous Qatari letter, read para 6 of the letter if you have a copy. Both technically and legally it doesn't qualify to be an evidence but for now all they have is this letter to rely upon, idea is to put everything on deceased Muhammad Sharif. They can't change the stance taken viewing the letter, neither can produce anything contradicting the letter. Possible things which can be produced before the court are account details, bank transaction, agreement etc etc, fortunately such things don't exist.

It seems that the SC is going for a slow kill (per se) instead of a rush that some are expecting. This will also allow enough time for public to absorb it all (through media) so when the verdict comes there won't be much sympathy left for these lot to cause a riot and their expected cries of injustice will have little support.

But they'll keep abusing IK irrespective as they've got to vent their anguish.

I have some hope from Justice Asif Saeed khosa only... Out of all judges, he raises most relevant questions.. In todays hearing too, he was the one who raised all important questions today... Agar kuch ummed hai, tu in hi se hai... But he is just 1 out of 5 ..

Even i was surprised tht sharifs requested for day to day hearing... I thought they would like to delay the proceedings... But if they dont bring anything tomorrow...they will surely ask for some more days, and SC will most likely give them another chance.. But i hope, they dont give them more than 1-2 days... If Sharifs are not able to show money trail, as it seems right now..then i am thinking what will be Sc verdict? Will SC disqualify Nawaz Sharif? I have doubt abt tht... Because Sc has already said tht they cant hear this case on 62,63 basis tht is sadiq ameen.. Uptil now, the only thing which has been proved against sharifs is tht PM is lying..but SC says tht they cant hear the case on tht basis... Has PTI been able to prove / convince judges tht Sharifs had ownership of these flats before 2006? I dont think so.... I think it can be 50/50 decision...something like election rigging case...since Sc doesnt want to hear it on 62,63 basis... Tht provided solid basis for Ns disqualification, but judges dont want to go tht route

burden is proof is on ns family for proving trail of Money, and if they proved that, then burden of proof sifted to PTI , for proving what NS presented is false .
