Main internet se pressure ki baat nahi karrahi Un logon ka bhi koi social circle hoga ke nahi? Family, friends... Har jagah aatay jatey honge..tu social circle main bhi tu reaction aayega na? Pooray mulk main sab logon ka aayega.... Tu jab log baatein karein ge ke judges bik gaye ya darr gaye tu unki family par effect nahi hoga kia? How demoralising it will be, for them? Justice Khosa is known for his textualist approach in his jurisprudence and interpretation of law when decided the judgement on the cases of importance.

Lets see what textualist approach is ..exactly?
Textualism is a formalist theory that primarily interprets the law based on the ordinary meaning of the legal text, and not considering non-textual sources such as intentiom of the law when passed, the problem it was intended to remedy, or significant questions of the justice and rectitude of the law.

Is textualist approach, a politer way of saying..lakeer ke faqeer?

If wikipedia is right tht Justice Khosa is known for his textualist approach, then I dont think..its very encouraging for us, as far as panama case verdict is concerned...does it mean tht he is afraid of taking brave decisions? Only time will tell
