Guys I have heard that today Salman Akram Raja mentioned that Shareef family was living in the flats on rent from 1993 to 2006.

Is it possible that we inform HM Excise and Customs in UK about it so that they can check whether Qatari disclosed this rent income in his tax returns in UK and paid tax on it?

Neilson and Nescol have been owners since 1993. Qatari family, even if sole shareholder of these companies till 2006, do not need to submit any income tax returns in UK. Legal ownership is with the companies so if there was a rental agreement then rent would've been paid to these companies. Whether the companies paid corporate Tax on the rentals is questionable.

Have Nooras produced any rent payments proof so far or even a rental agreement? Maybe it was Zero rent!?

Qatari letter however doesn't state sole ownership of these companies or does it? One shareholder or a consortium (qatari family controlled) holding is very different.

If company doesn't pay tax on rental agreement then company directors are responsible and if directors are on a run then assets is ceased. As for offshore companies not paying tax, HMRC can even get judgement to cease the property or properties of said companies.

These companies can be reported to have not declared rental agreement, for HMRC to investigate if any taxes were paid or not.
