Khawaja Haris, the counsel representing NS, has submitted a photocopy of passport from the nomination papers of NS which he filed with ECP in 2013. The copy shows UAE Iqama; plea taken before SC is that NS did not hide his Iqama and the claim made by JIT that NS hid his Iqama is false. In other words he's saying NS has declared his association with Capital FZE therefore he can't be disqualified on the basis of misdeclaration.

Photocopy is not clear otherwise I would try find entry exit stamps dated 2015 or later..

Yes, now I got it, the docs have been accepted by registrar, but it will now be decided by the bench whether to accept the documents or not..

I dont think..it will be accepted by the bench.. If its admitted, then there will have to be another hearing t give a chance to both parties to argue..on these docs..

Watch first few mins of Malick's prog .. Ali zafar explains it.. He says..after the verdict has been reserved...no more docs are accepted...and the bench esp said on the last day to Kh Haris, now no more docs will be accepted...

Anywas..these docs are of no use, like the docs submitted by Hussain Nawaz few days ago, which were termed as game changer .. Ali zafar also tells, why these docs are not enough..?

Must watch Mohammad Malick's program today... Barristerr Ali Zafar, Rauf Klasra and Arshad Sharif were the guests.. Ali Zafar said tht SC cant entertain any more documents/evidence after verdict has been reserved... Jo bhi tha, pehle le aatay.. Ab verdict reserve hogaya..ab kuch entartain nahi hosakta... SC admit nahi karay gi.. I watched the prog in bits and pieces.. Will watch whole prog..now.. Highly recommended
