I am hearing that Shahbaaz (he's more clever than dumb Nawazu) has made a plan to directly make judges controversial---by doing something along the lines of submitting a huge amount of cash to judges' family members account and then 'exposing' the transaction as bribe etc (all before the judges or their families could even realize what happened).

Shareefs have their trusted partners/moles in banking institutions and all others.

So SC has to move quickly and decisively.

Is article main..itself mentioned nahi hai? Ke 62-1(f) main kitnay arsay ke liye disqualification hai? Because Justice Khosa and Gulzar just mentioned he is dusqualified acc to 62-1 (f) .. They didnt mention any time frame....

Aaj ek argument jo mujhe rebuttals main missing laga.. Rebuttals main inhon ne sirf disqualification ke arguments diye...forgery ke cases ka kisi ne nahi kaha..ke forgery ke cases bhi banayein...? Kiun?

Initial application main covered nahi tha.. Forgery will be addressed by the court only.. Agar woh forgery ke upar argument detey tou unhain rok dia jata..
