Is judges being smart to save Maryam Nawaz maybe?

Shareefs have their trusted partners/moles in banking institutions and all others.

So SC has to move quickly and decisively.

In that case ,,, the one who is depositing movey will also be gone for long time in jail and no big business man is going to do this and no small business man will be able to justify how he arranged for this money ,,, it will be again another forged document issue ...

I don't think they are saving her. She is not a public office holder (not officially at least).
Jahazi on the other hand is or was and was caught by FIA also.

She will face the cases after SC refers those against her in trial courts.

Judges ko khud bhi pata nahi ho ga :undecided:

On a serious note.... judges ko at least ye to aj clear kr hi dena chahiay tha k agy kesy chaly ga.
Ye hi kaha h inhon ne k faisla mehfooz kr lia h. ye bhi bata dety k sunaty waqt ye 3 judges hon gy ya full bench.

it would've been referred to 5 member if that was the case ..... but Judges didn't said anything regarding that .... lagta aisay hi hai yehi 3 member bench karega faisla !!

Salman Akram Raja said that regarding Prime Minister having another job/post there isn't any clear legislation, so it's an uncharted territory and most likely Supreme Court will decide regarding this issue.
