These r all patwari media cell accounts and paid kids. I mailed Horus to kick them out if they use theior media cell accounts to Troll and not using theior pea size brains

Seems all our time and efforts which we spent here...following panama case keenly..in the hope tht one day rich..esp sharifs will be held accountable in Pak....got wasted today

Sharifs can never be held accountable in Pakistan...

NS got six weeks bail on medical grounds so tht he is allowed stress free environment as .. AND on expiry of this six weeks.. if he is still not stable... he can again apply on medical grounds to get bail in high court

After today’s decision by SC, allowing bail on medical grounds to NS...which high court will deny him bail when SC allowed? So its a never ending cycle... he will keep on getting bail...only thing is he wasnt allowed to go abroad..because SC would hv been totally exposed then

I wish courts were as sympathetic to ordinary criminals too but in Pak you are previleged if you have looted nothing less than billions of dollars

All hi profile criminals must be given stress free environment while murghi chor and the likes can go to hell

And worst of all is tht Justice Khosa announced this verdict whom I held in great esteem and thought tht atleast he believed on one law for all...but alas

Not related directly to the topic : but we should publish names and photos of the court members who gave this bail out.

With word : “wanted - ••• or alive” will be good.

Maybe they will think twice next time.

They said tht NS can apply for bail again on medical grounds..in high court ...after 6 weeks expiry if he isnt stable...however thts not the case

I now read SC written verdict now myself

SC is talking abt main appeal filed by NS in high court against accountability court’s verdict of his conviction...tht if during these six weeks...High court decides on tht main appeal by NS... then tht decision of high court will stand

But bail on medical grounds is for six weeks only which wont be extended

HOWEVER still the relief provided by SC to nawaz sharif today to give bail on medical grounds to allow stress free environment for him is exclusive for sharifs only and not for ordinary criminals

People Who are taking these Political decision have no legal or constitutional authority to do so.
That's the crux of the matter.
Institutions should act only under the guidelines of our constitution not beyond it.
There should not be any sacred cow, on who's whims scores are settles.
Hopefully; one day all Pakistanis will finally grow up and agrees upon it.

This NS bail too is a Political decision.

Remember those sweets that were distributed after first Panama case order ... You are forgetting that this is just a 6 weeks temporary relief and that too due to the fact that stay order on the original case was not issued by the court so it is kind of a stay order , although a different one ...

Cutt things short ... the original case of income from unknown sources remains there without any explanation from the looter NS

I think somebody played on the patriotic sentiments arising from 27/2/19 to hand down a favor. Two on the same day looks more than a coincidence.

I think justice khosa played it beyond the comprehension of those who were bent on granting the favor. It's too painful for the green patriotic lot like us to accept but still.

I guess balls do go a bit soft when it comes to internal politics...one mouthful at a time...focus now shifts to the other decoit.

The long grind against the corrupt moves along with obvious favors to the actual Laadlas no matter which way you look at it.

But recently he is deciding cases strangely which was not his style...

Even in bail application of avenfield case...he said IHC totally gave wrong judgment and shouldnt have given bail in tht case but despite tht being a wrong decision, we wouldnt interfere in what HC had decided and would go by tht decusion, even though tht decision was totally wrong.... Strange...? This was also not J Khosa style tht despite acknowledging decision was wrong, he didnt overturn it...

Anyways... i still gave him benefit of doubt tht maybe he had some legal compulsion

Now when Islamabad highcourt referred to this recent judgment of his own, now J khosa overturned the decision of high court and gave him bail for six weeks, despite acknowledging during his remarks in hearing tht NS illness is old, there has been no deterioration in his health due to jail, his illness is since 2013 and he was heavily involved in political activities during these years, there is no life threatening situation....yet he still gave him bail fir six weeks and allowed him to get treated from his own choice doctors

I am unable to understand sudden change in J Khosa’s style and behavior..esp when, he, of all the people know the extent of lies and deceit of sharifs...

Can anyone one explain this change of behavior by J Khosa? What could be the reason?

I completely agree with you on all counts and still cannot find any other reason but as posted as to why Justice Khosa of all people did what he did.
