اسلام آباد سے چلنے والے کیپیٹل ٹی وی چینل نے دعوی کیا ہے کہ ان کے پاس کل کے بڑے فیصلے کی بڑی خبر پہلے ہی پہنچ چکی ہے ۔ چینل کی اینکر ماہ رخ فہد قریشی نے ٹی وی پر دعوی کیا ہے کہ ان کے مصدقہ ذرائع کے مطابق نواز شریف کا فیصلہ موخر کرنے کی درخواست قبول نہیں کی جائے گی اور فیصلہ احتساب عدالت میں کل ہی سنایا جائے گا ۔

خاتون اینکر نے اپنے ناظرین کو بتایا ہے کہ ان کے پاس فیصلے کے نکات بھی ہیں مگر صحافتی اخلاقیات اور ضوابط کی وجہ سے وہ اس پر بات نہیں کریں گی تاہم انہوں نے دعوی کیا کہ ان کے مصدقہ ذرائع کے مطابق استغاثہ یعنی نیب کے پراسیکیوٹر نواز شریف اور مریم نواز کے خلاف الزامات ثابت کر چکے ہیں اور ان کا کیس ثابت ہو جائے گا ۔

یہ امر قابل ذکر ہے کہ استغاثہ کی جانب سے کیس ثابت ہونے کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ نواز شریف اور مریم نواز کو سزا ہوگی ۔ یہاں یہ بات نہایت اہم ہے کہ کسی عدالت کے فیصلے کے حوالے سے ذرائع کو آڑ بنا کر خبر دینا سنگین نوعیت کی توہین عدالت ہو سکتی ہے کیونکہ عدالت میں سنائے جانے سے قبل فیصلے کا علم صرف جج کو ہی ہو سکتا ہے ۔

عدالتوں کے فیصلے کسی بھی صورت جج کے سنائے جانے سے قبل عام نہیں کئے جا سکتے اور نہ ہی اس کیلئے کسی مصدقہ ذریعے کی بات کی جا سکتی ہے ۔ صحافتی اخلاقیات میں کوئی جج کبھی کسی صحافی کا سورس یا ذریعہ نہیں بن سکتا اور اسی طرح کسی جج کی جانب سے صحافی کو فیصلے کے بارے میں پہلے سے بتایا جانا بھی مس کنڈکٹ میں آ سکتا ہے جس پر اس کے خلاف کارروائی ہو سکتی ہے ۔

ذرائع کے مطابق پاکستان الیکٹرانک میڈیا ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی کو اعلی عدلیہ کی جانب سے اس خبر پر ٹی وی چینل اور اینکر کے خلاف کارروائی کیلئے کہا جائے گا

There is a STRONG rumour that NS has applied for asylum

There is a reason they have been spewing venom against ISI and Army.. A successful asylum application requires a strong reason.. and strong reason being presented by NS is that he was working against dictatorship and in favor of western democratic system, and because of that these false cases were registered against him and whole bureaucratic machinery worked against him on the order of undemocratic forces..

There is a 50-50 change.. On one hand, NS has designed it good, but on the other hand, establishment didn't put any hurdles in their movement in and out of the country.. They enjoyed unprecedented favors during the trial.. so there is a good chance that they are successfully extradited if the next government is serious..

Allah Pak will do every thing good for this country. Wait for 9 am friday 6th July 2018. We will hear some good news. It is now only few hours left.

They are no actions from ISI and Army. The case is a result of Judicial system which Nawaz brought in him self when he protested in country against Musharaf. Now Nawaz should trust this system.
